Warranty & Troubleshooting

Warranty Information

Our ADA pool lifts come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in the product. If a product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. We reserve the right to inspect the product prior to providing warranty service. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product.

Troubleshooting

To determine if your battery is functioning properly, use a voltmeter or multimeter to test it. If the battery has a voltage of over 24, then proceed to place it on the lift's control unit. However, if it has a lower voltage, you will need to get a replacement. Once you have a fully charged battery on the control unit, turn the key to the unlocked position or position the red knob on your control unit upright. Press the buttons on the handset and observe if there is any movement. If there is movement in only one direction, unplug and switch the port connections of port 1 and port 2. This should give you the opposite direction of movement. If the movement is still in the same direction, replace the component that isn't responding. If there is no movement at all, listen for a relay clicking in the control unit. If there is clicking in both sets of directions, replace the control unit.
